#1: LORD OUSELEY CALLS FOR CHANGES TO VIEWPOINTS IN SPORTS
Sports, in particular, football, has had a long struggle with its reputation when it comes to equality. There has been an ongoing fight and call for change over the last 25 years, involving some of the biggest names and players within the sport. Lord Ouseley, the founder of an organization called Let’s Kick Racism Out Of Football, which later became Kick It Out, is very much involved.

Lord Ouseley was the first black race equality advisor in the UK, in 1978. He was also the first black CEO in local government in the UK. His speech is inspirational, in that he has a long-standing history of working to gain equality within society; his sole aim and focus over his long-standing career has been 'calling for action' and change where needed in society. In his interview, he calls for people to come out of their fear for others.

#2: MEGHAN MARKLE'S SPEECH ON GENDER STEREOTYPES
Fighting for gender equality has been an ongoing battle for women around the world. Meghan has spoken out about gender equality and the results of speaking out. Gloria has spent over four decades fighting for equality and against discrimination cases. There is no information on whether her speech is free to use.
#4: EMMA GONZALEZ'S CALL FOR ACTION OVER GUNS AND VIOLENCE
This is a call from a student in Florida, who seeks action over gun laws as she is a survivor of a gun attack at her school. The speech is clearly calling for a change for the better, asking people to step away from what is considered the 'norm' as it is harmful to many.

Her speech is inspirational, as she is an average person; an underage student, who was able to stand up and call for change.

Chance the Rapper has openly called for changes to the public education system and laws, especially the education system in Chicago. His support has included financial donations. He delivered a short but powerful speech while receiving a Humanitarian Award at the BET Awards in 2017, calling for changes to education and justice.

His speech is inspirational for many black males in the USA, and all those who are currently receiving a sub-standard education in the USA, due to lack of public funding for it. Chance has clearly called for change and backed his feelings with his own actions, by donating large sums. This call for change asks the government to step in and prevent sub-standard education which has become the norm in some areas of the USA.
