LIST OF STANDUP BOTS
Hive Standup Bot Overview: Hive Standup Bot allows you to accurately track how each member of your team works over the long term, helping them to optimize their overall effectiveness. Hive’s project managers guide you through the process of understanding what features you need in order to build your standup bot. Hive can compile bots for small as well as large tasks. Pricing: available on consultation Standuply Standup Meeting Bot Overview: Standuply’s bot allows you to pick a schedule to run daily meetings with the team. These can be tied to any time zone or to each individual’s local time. Users select participants and customize questions. The bot also features reminders and thread support. Once team members have provided answers, these are collected by the bot and prepared as project status reports for you and your team. Results can be delivered to a Slack channel, via DM, email, or Webhook. Pricing: Prices range from $5/month for 3 respondents to a maximum of $100/month for sixty respondents. They do offer a free version, but it is only for 3 active respondents and does not allow for customization according to time zone. So Fetch's Standup Bot Overview: So Fetch's Standup Bot features the abilities needed to run fully asynchronous, multiple standups for multiple teams operating independently. Standups can be scheduled in multiple channels to automatically start every day at individually specified times. The bot organizes all responses and generates a daily report with hyperlinks to project management tasks. It can be implemented for small and large teams, though the bot for larger teams allows for standup question customization and unlimited standup channels. Pricing: Standup Bot Small $49/month; Standup Bot Large $129/month (both include 14-day free trial) Stehauf.io Overview: Stehauf.io allows the user to configure the questions asked, along with the time and days the said questions are to be asked. In the interest of full transparency, the results are published to a channel. Pricing: Free (currently in Beta) Standup Alice Overview: Standup Alice supports standups for multiple teams in multiple time zones. Questions can be customized and sent at specific times on multiple channels. Summaries can be delivered at specified times in multiple channels and/or emails.
